The Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) has been at the forefront of publishing advanced technical information for fire safety specialists.  Before Fire Protection Engineering Magazine and the Journal of Fire Protection Engineering, the SFPE published a series of Technology Reports focusing on the important issues of the day.  These reports have been collected and are presented below, along with other documents that detail the history of the SFPE.  Many of the issues discussed in the reports are cornerstone topics for today's Fire Protection Engineers and Allied Professionals.  Some even form the basis for the reference books and guides currently available from SFPE.
