Thunderhead Engineering develops simulation software for the engineering community.  Our flagship product is PyroSim, an integrated fire modeling system that combines the power of graphical model creation with the analysis capability of the Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS).  PyroSim adds power and saves time for existing FDS modelers and enables new users to begin modeling fire scenarios immediately.  Currently under development is a new, state-of-the-art evacuation model that combines agent-based simulation with rich 3D graphics for maximum accuracy and visual impact.
