SFPE seeks presenters for Middle East Conference

Getting-It-Right Tools and Strategies to Improve Fire Protection Engineering on Projects

Deadline: 15 August 2016

SFPE is now accepting presentation abstracts for the 2017 Middle East Conference to be held 19-23 March 2017 at the Marriott Al Jaddaf Dubai, UAE. The theme of the conference is "Getting-It-Right Tools and Strategies to Improve Fire Protection Engineering on Projects" and the event will showcase advanced and cutting-edge practices in fire protection used to protect people, property and the environment from fire.

 

We invite you to share your expertise on the advances in fire protection by submitting a presentation abstract today. Presentation abstracts should provide sufficient detail regarding scope, results and applications to determine the quality and applicability of the engineering concepts that would be presented. References, where applicable, should be included. Presentations will be 25 minutes in length with 5 minutes for Q&A and must be non-commercial.

 

Specifically, the conference program committee is seeking presentation on the following list of topics. Please consider these topics as you prepare your abstract, and forward this opportunity to your peers who may be interested in presenting on one of these topics.

  • Rail and Transportation Hubs

 

Deadline for submitting abstracts is 15 August 2016. The application can be downloaded here. Please send completed abstracts to Kendall Talbert and include “2017 Middle East Conference Abstract” in the subject line of the email.
