Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation request must be submitted 14 business days before the event, to qualify for a refund. Refunds will reflect a $100.00 processing fee. If notification is received less than 14 business days in advance, no refunds will be issued. "No Shows" are ineligible for refunds. SFPE® reserves the right to cancel any educational event that is under-subscribed.

When a registrant cannot attend an event, a substitute may attend. The registrant MUST notify SFPE® by email or in writing to Debra Grandy, the substituting person information.

Information for Seminar Attendees

  1. SFPE® will provide the following meal service at each seminar: A continental breakfast, lunch, beverage breaks are included each day. These meal services provide a great opportunity for networking.
  2. SFPE® Seminar Schedule - Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with Instruction beginning at 8:00 a.m. and adjourning at 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
  3. Each participant will receive an email confirmation. Please check it for accuracy.
  4. SFPE® recommends wearing comfortable layered clothing, since heating and air conditioning varies in each facility.
