Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation request must be submitted 14 business days before the event, to qualify for a refund. Refunds will reflect a $100.00 processing fee. If notification is received less than 14 business days in advance, no refunds will be issued. "No Shows" are ineligible for refunds. SFPE reserves the right to cancel any educational event that is under-subscribed.

When a registrant cannot attend an event, a substitute may attend. The registrant MUST notify SFPE by email or in writing to Kendall Talbert, the substituting person information.

Information for Seminar Attendees

  1. SFPE will provide the following meal service at each seminar: A continental breakfast, lunch, beverage breaks are included each day. These meal services provide a great opportunity for networking.
  2. SFPE Seminar Schedule - Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with Instruction beginning at 8:00 a.m. and adjourning at 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
  3. Each participant will receive an email confirmation. Please check it for accuracy.
  4. SFPE recommends wearing comfortable layered clothing, since heating and air conditioning varies in each facility.
