Course Description
This course is derived from our 2-day in person seminar and seeks to provide participants with basic knowledge of protection options and testing programs for the protection of flammable and combustible liquids. This course will give an overview of applicable standards and guidelines, describe fire test results, discuss current and future fire testing for protection of flammable and combustible liquids, and how to apply code requirements to two case studies involving storage of flammable or combustible liquids. It contains the latest, best available technology for protecting against severe fire and explosion hazards of flammable and combustible liquids. Two case studies will demonstrate to participants how requirements are used to protect storage of flammable and combustible liquids in actual (real life) circumstances.
