Many SFPE chapters offer scholarships for fire protection engineering students. These scholarships are a great way to offset the rising costs of college. The award of these scholarships is usually based on a student’s academic record, interest in fire protection engineering, and academic record. In past years, many of these scholarships have gone unclaimed.
