The Austin / San Antonio Society of Fire Protection Engineers one of three SFPE chapters serving the State of Texas, with the other chapters serving the Houston and Dallas - Fort Worth metropolitan areas. The Austin – San Antonio Chapter, now one of the largest Chapters in the US, has a broad mix of members, including engineers, fire marshals, building officials, fire alarm contractors, fire sprinkler contractors, insurance interests and others.

The Austin / San Antonio Chapter holds bimonthly lunch meetings. Chapter meetings and the after lunch program are provided at no charge, and guests are welcome.
