Written cancellation request must be submitted 7 days before the event, to qualify for a refund. Refunds will reflect a $75.00 processing fee. If notification is received less than 7 work days in advance, no refunds will be issued. "No Shows" are ineligible for refunds. SFPE reserves the right to cancel any educational event that is undersubscribed.

Substitutions
When a registrant cannot attend an event, a substitute may attend. The registrant MUST notify SFPE in writing by either fax (301) 718-2242 or email jgordon@sfpe.org, the substituting person information.
