UL Solutions and William Henry Merrill Society Matching Campaign

We are excited to announce the establishment of the UL Solutions and William Henry Merrill Society Matching Campaign for the SFPE Foundation. This campaign will match donations to the Annual Fund, the Guylène Proulx Scholarship Fund, and the Robert W. Fitzgerald Fund Challenge. Under this matching campaign, UL Solutions will contribute up to $25,000 per year for five years by matching contributions made by SFPE members and SFPE chapters. All contributions made by UL Solutions under this campaign will be devoted to student research projects related to fire safety. The UL Solutions and William Henry Merrill Society Matching Campaign is a great way for SFPE members and chapters to leverage their contributions because when you contribute, your contribution is doubled.

The William Henry Merrill Society serves as a tribute to the founder of UL Solutions by whose vision UL Solutions was created and through whose genius its engineering service for the protection of life and property was established. The membership of the William Henry Merrill Society is comprised of staff within UL Solutions' organization who are designated as Corporate Fellows or Distinguished Members of Technical Staff on the basis of their overall contributions to the fulfillment of UL Solutions' safety.
