- Case Study Presentations by international chapter teams: The primary goals of the case studies is to engage the audience in non-critical discussion, comparison and reflection of the various proposed fire and life safety strategies. For this conference, the overall Case Study theme is based upon the initial stages of a remote development to include housing, recreational and co-living/working spaces. The remote location includes very limited existing utilities and infrastructure, no existing local emergency response, and no existing locally adopted codes and standards.

As a highlight, witness a live fire test, offering a dynamic demonstration of the innovative high-pressure water mist spray bar from Danfoss Fire Safety. The setup will simulate a service corridor in a hospital where fire doors have been replaced by spray bars, which are precision-engineered devices with embedded micro nozzles. You will be able to observe how the spray bar creates a high-pressure water mist curtain that controls the smoke, absorbs the heat radiation, and lowers the temperature.
The live fire test demonstration, transportation from the conference hotel, and refreshments during the tour are generously supported by DANFOSS.
