Conference Registration

The 2026 SFPE Fire Safety Conference & Expo on Performance-Based Design will be held in Singapore from 15-17 April 2026. Pre-Conference activities include in-person professional development seminars for additional fees (seminar registration will be through SFPE eLearning portal).

Registration Includes:

  • Access to all technical sessions eligible for professional credit hours
  • Access to receptions, complimentary coffee breaks, and lunch during conference days
  • Access to Expo and the downloadable mobile app for extended abstract content and speaker presentation slide views
  • The regular non-member registration rate includes one year of SFPE membership.

Full payment is due upon registration to secure your space. All conference participants must be registered and shared registration is strictly prohibited. Early Bird Registration pricing ends on February 18, 2026. All registration fees are in U.S. Dollars.

**Student Registration - To qualify, you must be enrolled at an accredited institution in a full-time engineering or engineering technology program and not be employed full time. Undergraduates must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits hours per semester, while graduate students should be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester.

Registration will be accepted upon receipt of the completed online registration form with full payment. All conference attendees must be registered to participate. After registration, all registrants will receive a confirmation email and receipt. Approximately two weeks before the conference, all registrants will receive an email with onsite conference details and logistics.

Alternative Payment Options: If you would like to make a payment by check or wire transfer, and need a formal invoice, please contact us at education@sfpe.org. A $20 USD fee is added to all wire transfer transactions to cover additional bank fees.

Visa Letters: For questions about registration or to obtain a visa letter, please contact education@sfpe.org.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: To cancel your registration and qualify for a partial refund, SFPE must receive in writing your cancellation notice at least three weeks before the event. A $100 USD administrative fee will be deducted for all cancellations. SFPE cannot refund registration fees after March 25, 2026.
