Registration will be accepted upon receipt of the completed online registration form with full payment. All conference attendees must be registered to participate. After registration, all registrants will receive a confirmation email and receipt. Approximately two weeks before the conference, all registrants will receive an email with onsite conference details and logistics.
Alternative Payment Options: If you would like to make a payment by check or wire transfer, and need a formal invoice, please contact us at education@sfpe.org. A $20 USD fee is added to all wire transfer transactions to cover additional bank fees.
Visa Letters: For questions about registration or to obtain a visa letter, please contact education@sfpe.org.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: To cancel your registration and qualify for a partial refund, SFPE must receive in writing your cancellation notice at least three weeks before the event. A $100 USD administrative fee will be deducted for all cancellations. SFPE cannot refund registration fees after March 25, 2026.
