Registration

The 2023 SFPE Annual Conference & Expo is open to everyone practicing in the field of fire protection and fire safety engineering. SFPE Members can save up to 20% on registration fees. If you wish to join click here. Once you join online, you can log in to the SFPE website as a member and you will receive automatically the discounted member conference rate.

Registration includes: Conference registration includes: Access to all technical sessions eligible for up to 15 professional credits, access to all three receptions, complimentary breakfast and lunch during conference days, and access to Expo hall. Regular non-member registration rate includes one year of SFPE membership. A complimentary conference pin will be given to each attendee as part of their registration onsite.

Registration can be submitted online. Full payment is due upon registration to secure your space. Shared registration is strictly prohibited. Early Bird Registration pricing ends on August 29, 2023.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

This year’s Annual Conference is scheduled to be in-person. There is not a virtual option. Registration will be accepted upon receipt of the completed registration form with full payment. All conference attendees must be registered to participate. After registration, all registrants will receive a confirmation email and receipt. Approximately two weeks before the conference, all registrants will receive an email with onsite conference details and logistics.

Exhibiting and Sponsoring organizations will receive complimentary registration based on their level of commitment. Complimentary registration promo codes will be sent to the exhibiting/sponsoring business contacts in August.
