In this webinar, we will examine how sprinkler systems factor into fire investigations and what their performance can reveal. Fire investigations involve many considerations, with much of the focus often placed on cause and origin. Yet, serious fires have also occurred in buildings equipped with sprinklers. When a building is sprinklered, it becomes essential to understand the role the system may—or may not—have played in the progression of the incident. A proper investigation of the sprinkler system will help to analyze the performance of sprinkler equipment and water supply, ultimately supporting improvements in sprinkler design, installation, and overall system reliability.
