Mohammad Abdalwahed is a senior fire protection engineer with 14 years of experience in the fire protection and plumbing fields. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous preeminent fire protection consulting firms in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. He currently works with Aman International Fire Consultants in Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Abdalwahed possesses extensive and diverse experience in the design, site supervision, and coordination of fire protection systems for a wide range of projects, including oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial, mixed-use complexes, airports, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, residential complexes, commercial properties, high-rise buildings, and governmental structures. He has contributed to several high-profile megaprojects within the Middle East and Gulf region.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Power from Al Azhar University, awarded in 2011. Currently, he is pursuing a part-time Master’s degree at Stellenbosch University. Mr. Abdalwahed is a registered Professional Engineer with the Saudi Council of Engineers since April 2020 and earned the Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) designation from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) in 2023.
In addition to being a professional member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE), Mr. Abdalwahed is a member of the Institution of Fire Engineers-UK (MIFireE), the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate, and an associate member of the Egyptian Society of Mechanical Engineers. He is also a professional member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and a member of the Arab Federation of Engineers.
